You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. When Octave Streetwear receive the returned product and it is deemed faulty by Octave Streetwear and meets the Octave Streetwear Returns & Exchange Policy, we will reimburse you for the postage of the returned item, it will be included in your refund amount. (Please note that this will only be reimbursed if the product is deemed faulty from Octave Streetwear).
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tracking shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Octave Streetwear strongly advise that we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and because we use a tracking service (Australia Post) we can not be held responsible for missing parcels.
If you have not received your refund, first check your bank account for payment of an Octave Streetwear refund. Then contact your credit card company or your bank, as it may take a few days before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. If the item is deemed faulty and meets the Octave Streetwear Returns & Exchanges policy, then the sale item will be eligible for exchange within the 14-day period.
A faulty product is a damaged good received from the retailer or where a manufacturing fault occurs within a reasonable period following the purchase. Products damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will go through the process with you.
Please choose carefully as Octave Streetwear do not give refunds if you have changed your mind or made a wrong decision.
You can choose between a refund or an exchange where the goods are faulty, wrongly described or different from the image shown to you. Our Returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be with the original tags and labels still attached to the product and the package must include any documentation that was sent with the product.
To complete your return, we require an online receipt or proof of purchase. If returns do not meet any of the above conditions, then the item may be refused refund or exchange.

Octave Streetwear online shipment and delivery of orders are based on product availability & payment processing time.
Orders will be processed during business hours between Monday and Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm.
Orders placed on the weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
